What you can expect during your coaching sessions with me:
At the start of the coaching engagement, we build a detailed picture of what it is that you want to achieve through coaching. We then work to identify your unique strengths and values and strategize ways in which you can harness these strengths to stay energised and motivated in pursuit of your coaching goal.
Once we have identified your specific coaching goal or outcome, we work together to develop practical strategies to help you take inspired action towards achieving these goals.
We then start implementing that plan and closely observe whether there are any gaps between what you say you want to achieve and what you are doing to achieve your goal. We work to close that gap by identifying any internal beliefs or assumptions that are holding you back from achieving your goals. I ask questions specifically designed to shift your awareness as we work to combat self-doubt and develop strategies to deal with your inner critic. During this phase we also identify any external obstacles that may be preventing you from achieving your goals and formulate plans to overcome them. Most importantly, I keep you accountable for taking action and staying on track.
Coaching is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. It is important to note that coaching is a targeted and focused intervention aimed at helping you achieve your goals within a specified time frame. It is therefore most effective when it occurs consistently over a specified period. My coaching sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and in order to maintain momentum I recommend that sessions take place weekly or fortnightly. To this end, I offer a coaching package to all new clients. All coaching sessions take place online via zoom.
