What can you expect during your coaching sessions me
I have developed a unique coaching programme, informed by the latest research in the fields of psychology and neuroscience, that moves my clients from where they are now to where they want to be.
During phase one of the coaching engagement, we build a detailed picture of what it is that you want to achieve and what success means to you three months, six months, two years, five years and ten years from now. Once we have a clear definition of what success means to you, we work to identify your unique strengths, values and passions and strategize ways in which you can harness these strengths to stay energised and motivated in pursuit of your goal.
Once we have identified your specific goals, we work together to develop practical strategies to help you take inspired action towards achieving these goals.
We then start implementing that plan and closely observe whether there are any gaps between what you say you want to achieve and what you are doing to achieve what you want. We work to close that gap by identifying any internal beliefs or assumptions that are holding you back from achieving your goals. I ask questions specifically designed to shift your awareness as we work to combat self-doubt and develop strategies to deal with your inner critic (yes, everyone has one!). During this phase we also identify any external obstacles that may be preventing you from achieving your goals, and formulate plans to overcome them. Most importantly, I keep you accountable for taking action and staying on track.
It is important to note that coaching is always targeted and specific. We work to achieve clear deliverables within a specified time frame.
New clients usually start with a four-month package, which consists of two 60 to 90-minute coaching sessions per month with e-mail support in between.
We can meet in person if you live in Cape Town, otherwise we can use Skype.
All potential clients receive a free, no-obligation first session.
